Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and scope of work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your service contract. A deposit may be required to secure your project date. Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, and major credit cards.
Warranties
Carpet Installers Ottawa stands behind our workmanship. Warranty terms vary by service type and are specified in your service contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural settling, or acts of nature.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
Liability
Carpet Installers Ottawa maintains comprehensive liability insurance of $1M. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control. Property owners are responsible for obtaining necessary permits where required.
