What warranty do you offer on installation?

Every carpet install carries a two-year labour warranty. If a seam opens, an edge lifts, or a stretch loosens through normal use, we come back at no charge to put it right. This guide on what voids carpet warranties covers the common pitfalls to avoid.

The two warranties at a glance:

• Labour (us): 2 years on seams, edges, transitions, and stair work
• Materials (mill): 5 to 25 years depending on carpet line, covered directly by the manufacturer

We register your carpet with the manufacturer at install time so you don't have to mail in a card. Keep the invoice — that's your proof of purchase if a claim ever comes up.
