Basement and Stair Carpet Installation

Carpet Experts completed a carpet installation across a finished basement and the adjoining staircase in an Ottawa home. A light, neutral carpet was fitted throughout the open basement floor, creating a consistent surface across the main area and around the stair opening. The same carpet continues up the staircase, covering each tread and riser for a coordinated look. The installation follows the edges of the walls, baseboards, and wooden stair railing, with clean transitions around the newel posts. The soft beige-grey colour works well with the cream walls, white trim, and natural wood railing already in the space. The result is a fully carpeted basement and staircase with a warm, comfortable finish that suits the existing interior.
