Basement and Stair Carpet Installation

Carpet Experts completed a carpet installation across a finished basement and the adjoining staircase in an Ottawa home. A light, neutral carpet was fitted throughout the open basement floor, creating a consistent surface across the main area and around the stair opening. The same carpet continues up the staircase, covering each tread and riser for a coordinated look. The installation follows the edges of the walls, baseboards, and wooden stair railing, with clean transitions around the newel posts. The soft beige-grey colour works well with the cream walls, white trim, and natural wood railing already in the space. Based on the visible tools and work area, the photo appears to show the installation near completion. The result is a fully carpeted basement and staircase with a warm, comfortable finish that suits the existing interior.
